The deadline for registration is September 10, 2025. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, and the gala dinner.

The accompanying person fee: €200 (this fee is intended for a person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner but will NOT participate in the scientific program).

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register for the conference, please click ONLINE REGISTRATION and pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES

By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration.

By Bank Transfer: You can choose "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process.

Please indicate "VSLP2025-YOURNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to the email address: vslp2025@sciencesconf.org. Bank charges have to be paid at your expense.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (September 10, 2025). No refunds are available on or after that date.
